Increased Productivity

The ML240P series can increase productivity in the following five ways:

  • To begin with, this printer functions in either thermal transfer and direct thermal mode.
  • Second, it supports a 5.5″ OD full label roll capacity. 
  • The third feature is the 6-button color control touch LCD panel.
    • This allows for quick and easy printer set up and job status check.
    • Important set up tasks such as label calibration are one touch away.
  • A fourth important feature is print speed capability up to 6 inches per second (ips).
  • The final feature is its print resolution or dots per inch (dpi):
    • The TSC ML240P has a print resolution of 203 dpi.

Sturdy Frame
  • The strong die-cast modular frame makes these printers perfect for any work environment.
  • This printer fits easily into small spaces.
    • The compact design is 9.76″ wide, 9.65″ tall and 12.99″ deep.
    • The TSC ML240P weighs approximately 16 pounds.
  • The frame is sturdy but engineered to operate smoothly and quietly.
User Friendly
  • The side-lift panel features a large media window allowing users to quickly assess the remaining amount of ribbon and label materials.
    • Quick assessments can prevent downtime.   A print run is never interrupted.
    • This side panel (shown below) allows for quick and easy loading of ribbons and print media (labels).
  • The TSC ML240P prints on the following label types:
    • Continuous
    • Die-cut
    • Blackmark
    • Fan-fold
    • Notched.
  • A final user-friendly feature is the range of environment temperatures.
    • Operating temperatures range from 32°F-104°F.
